I love to collect various tea accoutrements, and one of the most unique is my scone knife. The small knife has a sharp edge on the outside of the knife blade, used for cutting scones in half. The opposite side is rounded, perfect for spreading clotted cream, curds and jams.
I found this piece at a local thrift store, but I think it was there just for me! The silver plated handle is monogrammed with an “M”-the first letter of my last name! The knife was made by Cooper Bros. and Sons, Ltd., in Sheffield, England and the blade is stainless steel.
